By using Sunflowerz you agree to these terms. They're short, and the important one is the second heading.
What Sunflowerz is
Sunflowerz is a trip-planning aid from BrainFever Media. It estimates where you'll be during a drive and shows weather forecasts for those places and times.
Forecasts are forecasts
Weather predictions, radar imagery, and travel-time estimates can be wrong, late, or incomplete, and conditions on the road can change fast. Sunflowerz is not a safety service and is not a substitute for official weather warnings, road advisories, or your own judgment. Always follow guidance from the National Weather Service or your local authority, and don't interact with the app while driving.
Using the app
Sunflowerz is for personal, non-commercial use. Don't reverse-engineer it, extract or resell its data, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the weather and map services it relies on.
Subscriptions and purchases
Sunflowerz Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly, which may include a free trial) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your device's Settings under your Apple account's Subscriptions — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase. All payments are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policy. Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider.
Third-party services
Routing, forecasts, and radar come from Apple and Rainbow Weather. We don't control those services, and their availability and accuracy may change.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Sunflowerz is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrainFever Media isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the app or the information in it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
